Operational flow

    Shipper sends invoice, BOL, packing list, HS codes.

    Generates PAPS number and entry release.

    Carrier files ACE eManifest
    Truck, trailer, driver, cargo, shipper, consignee — at least 1 hour before arrival.

    Receives PAPS sticker, ACE confirmation, BOL, invoice.

    Truck arrives at US border (commercial lane)
    CBP verifies passport/FAST, ACE, cargo release, registration, seal.
